Acceptance of the terms

By accessing our website or hiring any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users and clients who access the website or use the services of Blue Light Project.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. We will announce significant changes by publishing the new version on this page with the corresponding update date.

Description of the service

Blue Light Project is a creative and digital agency offering social media management, strategic content creation, digital advertising, web development, brand design, sales funnels and info products.

The specific scope of each project is set out in the proposal and contract agreed between the parties. Any work outside that scope will require an additional written agreement.

We commit to providing the services with professionalism, diligence and industry best practices, but we do not guarantee specific results, as these depend on many factors beyond our control.

Your obligations

As a client, you agree to provide the truthful, complete and up-to-date information needed to provide the services, including access to platforms, brand materials and timely feedback.

You are responsible for ensuring that all content you give us (texts, images, videos, logos) is your property or that you hold the licenses needed for its commercial use. Blue Light Project will not be liable for infringements of third-party rights arising from materials provided by the client.

You agree to make the agreed payments within the terms set out in the proposal or contract. Failure to pay may result in the suspension of the services.

Using our services for illegal, fraudulent or harmful activities, or for activities that violate the rights of third parties, is prohibited.

Intellectual property

Once the project has been paid in full, the agreed final deliverables (designs, content, source code) are transferred to the client. The intellectual property rights over the assets created will belong to the client upon receipt of full payment, unless otherwise agreed.

Blue Light Project reserves the right to show the work it has done in its portfolio, marketing materials and social media, unless the client expressly requests confidentiality in writing.

The tools, methodologies, templates, frameworks and internal processes used to provide the services remain the exclusive property of Blue Light Project.

The content of the Blue Light Project website, including text, graphics, logos and code, is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without express authorization.

Limitation of liability

In no event will Blue Light Project be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill or other intangible losses.

We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the results obtained will meet all of the client's expectations. Digital marketing metrics are subject to external factors such as algorithm changes, market conditions and audience behavior.

Our maximum liability in any circumstance will be limited to the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim in the last three months.

Changes and cancellations

Requests to change the scope of an active project must be made in writing. Depending on the size of the change, an additional fee or a schedule adjustment may apply.

Cancellations of recurring services must be notified at least 30 days in advance. Payments made for services already provided are non-refundable.

Blue Light Project reserves the right to end the service relationship in case of non-payment, abusive conduct or requests that go against ethical or legal principles.

Governing law

These terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under current law, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
